We’re a small domiciliary care agency based in Truro. We provide care to individuals in their homes aged 18 years and above. We cover central Truro, Malabar, Highertown, Gloweth, Threemilestone and Perranporth.
Our mission is to support individuals to safely remain independent and to stay in their own homes for as long as possible.

Personal Care
We manage in a dignified and person-centred way, all aspects of personal care such as washing/showering/bathing; washing hair; applying creams; dressing and undressing and other personal care related tasks.
Medication management
We provide a full or partial medication management service such as collecting medication; prompting and medication administration.
Food and fluid
We assist clients to prepare or heat up meals and both hot and cold fluids. We ensure that clients are meeting their nutrition and hydration needs and we closely work with health professionals if there are any concerns in this area.
Sit in service
We provide sit-in service to give informal carers a much needed break from their caring role.
