Outstanding.
We employed Gloria (and Becky) to care for my great grandad.
Ensuring that my grandad was treated with respect and maintained his dignity was absolutely paramount for us.
Gloria was completely faultless.
My grandads faith was a huge factor in his life and Gloria even went above and beyond and prayed with him. I know this would have brought him great comfort.
Sadly Gloria only spent a short amount of time with him as he passed away very quickly. However, the care that Gloria (and Becky) provided allowed my grandad to maintain his dignity in his final days and gave us piece of mind as a family.

Gloria stepped in very quickly when my 90 year old dad was discharged from hospital. She was very professional in her initial contact and thought her care.
It was discovered dad was more frail than we thought and quickly brought in Rachel to assist. They both showed a high level of compassion and patience in supporting my dad with dressing washing and moving around when he couldn't do much for himself. Personal care
Personal care is the support and supervision of daily personal living tasks, private hygiene and toileting.
Personal care for the elderly can cover, but is not limited to:
Bathing and showering, including bed-baths
Applying lotions and creams as required
Dressing and getting ready for bed
Oral hygiene
Applying make-up, and hair care
Support with shaving
Foot care
Helping you to the toilet, including using a commode or bed pan
Changing continence pads, along with cleaning intimate areas
Support moving position in bed, to stretch and prevent bed sores

Respite Care
