WHAT I LOVE ABOUT MY JOB IS THE PASSION I HAVE FOR DELIVERING A LEGENDARY, ABOVE AND BEYOND THE CALL OF DUTY SERVICE TO NUMEROUS CLIENTS. AT THE END OF A SPECIFIC ASSIGNMENT, I AM ALWAYS FILLED WITH JOY TO SEE THE SMILE ON THE FACE OF A CLIENT SIGNIFYING BEING ATTENDED TO PROFESSIONALLY AND VERY WELL.
What inspired you to start your own business?
THE URGE TO GO INTO DOMICILIARY ACRE AND SUPPORT SERVICES WAS BORNE OUT OF THE DESIRE TO SERVE THE NEEDY, THE DOWNTRODDEN, THE DISABLED AND IN GENERAL, HUMANITY. MY INTEREST IN CARE AROSE MORETHAN THIRTY YEARS AGO, WHEN I JOINED THE RED CROSS SOCIETY DURING MY HIGH SCHOOL DAYS IN NIGERIA. I QUICKLY TOOK INTEREST AND UNDERTOOK FIRST AID TRAINING. AT THE END OF MY HIGH SCHOOL, I WAS IN THE UNIVERSITY AND THERE I BECAME A MEMBER OF AN ORGANISATION MODELLED AFTER THE ROTARY CLUB TO PROVIDE AND TAKE CARE OF THE NEEDY. AS AN UNDERGRADUATE I STARTED HAVING AN IDEA ON HOW TO CREATE A MODEL THAT WOULD ENCOMPASS DOMESTIC AND SUPPORT SERVICES. THIS LED ME TO GET THE BUSINESS REGISTERED TO PROMOTE AND PROVIDE SUPPORT TO THE NEEDY.

AT GLOMARC, WE ENSURE THAT OUR CARERS CARRY THEIR SANITIZERS,GLOVES, APRONS AND THESE ON THE SITE OF A CLIENT. BEFORE ENTERING A CLIENT'S HOME, THEY MUST HAVE THEIR MASKS ON. ON ENTERING THEY WASH THEIR HANDS BEFORE ANY CARE INTERVENTION AND SANITIZER THEM AS WELL. AT THE END OF THE TASK, THEY NEED TO DISPOSE OF THEIR APRONS, GLOVES IN A SPECIAL BIN PROVIDED AT THE CLIENT'S PLACE. THEY WILL ALSO HAVE TO WASH AND SANITIZER THEIR HANDS BEFORE LEAVING.
