Having 1.1 private Yoga Sessions at Glolife with Gemma has helped me so much. I did not feel confident to do group classes and now I just have my weekly sessions and each class is created for my goals.

What do you love most about your job?
I love making people feel better about themselves. And helping them to regulate their nervous system back into alignment, so they can find an equilibrium within their lives.
What inspired you to start your own business?
I have always wanted my own business combining all my skills to create an integrative health studio.

What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?
The studio is on a one-on-one basis and everything is wiped down, washed or cleaned between clients.
