Was very happy with the initial consultations with John, who had good knowledge about the system and explained everything clearly. Although there were some supply delays with materials being delivered (on the manufacturer side), which impacted on the installation date, once everything was in stock arrangements were made in a couple of weeks and the system was installed within one day. Our household is already seeing the benefit of the solar panels, even though it is still not the peak time of year for solar generation. Great installation experience, the visit to evaluate the installation was great and the installation took less than a day for both solar panels and batteries. Also, beware that the ordering of the kit can take some time, but through no fault of the company, as there is high demand with the current energy crisis. It take a bit to get all the paperwork through as well, but couldn't be more happy with the service and installation. We've already seen huge reductions in grid import for usage, even though we've only had them 1 month and it's winter in Scotland! More...

Everything was good with the installation. The communication with the installers and the manager of the company was good. Unfortunately there was a delay with the installation due to a high demand and then a missing part but we were kept informed and it really didnt impact us too much .
