We have the capabilities to turn around designs and presentations quickly. We have in-house use of Building information modelling(BIM), we provide 3D with a detailed specification in a 3-4 day turn around and initial concepts can be same day.

Yes-We utilise an online booking system on our website run through google meet.

Our services are currently 50% online 50% on site following the strict Covid 19 risk assessments. We provide brochures from our suppliers and any sample finishes are sent to both client and ourselves to allow ongoing discussions throughout the process. We have the ablity to organise samples directly to clients to help with the selection process.

Having worked in the commercial interior design industry for over 13 years we have great relationships with all major suppliers across the construction industry.
Offering a service like no other, securing you the lowest pricing for product at source.
Working with you to find the correct installation team and always considering the quality, as a project is only as good as it’s ability to withstand the test of time.
We can secure framework agreements so the price you pay on the first project is the price you pay across all subsequent projects.

We have a three step process to provide the best deal and most suitable product.

Step 1 - Short listing - Working along side the end user, architect or designer we create a short list of products that suit the scheme.

Step 2 - Showroom Tours - With this information, we create a route map visiting the short listed showrooms and viewing all the potential products. We then discuss all products seen during the showroom tours and select the best solutions choosing 2/3 manufacturers allowing the team to negotiate preferential pricing.

Step 3 - The Presentation – Using the collated data (pricing, specification and warranty), we will present our final information for client consideration and approval.

On appointment we will then work alongside client and manufacturer to complete the final specification including finishes and lead time.

We have worked on a number of projects for clients as project managers carrying out the preparing working drawings, writing of the specification, carrying out the tender process and the analysis of submissions.

Working in partnership with our Mechanical & Electrical consultants to make sure the specification will work in practice.

To keep the project on programme and budget we work with the chosen supplier meeting fortnightly to work through any issues and make sure we are sticking to the client budgets and the agreed specifications.

Our in-house design team working in AutoCAD or Revit we can provide 2D or 3D Layouts.

Using BIM (Building information modelling) when designing in Revit allows us to prepare detailed specifications as we design.

Providing this detail allows us to prepare tender documents quickly and efficiently to chosen parties and also highlight appropriate guidance on elements of the project.

Rendering the scheme and creating fly through videos gives clients the chance to see the space during the design phase and also the option to make any adjustments.

We also produce concept design boards on behalf of landlords to help potential clients visualize the space.

Working alongside clients we have helped to save hundreds of thousands of pounds during negotiations with landlords. Providing information against the claims by the landlord allows our clients to reach these sizeable savings.

If an agreement cannot be achieved, we also have partners ready to carry out the works within the deadlines stipulated by the landlord.

Space planning and move management is key to the constant changing demand of the new ways of working, whether you require workplace analysis, new building office modelling or just everyday churn in your current building.

Due to Covid-19, during this year we have recently completing a social distance space planning exercise for a client over a 10 week process on a site of 3000 staff.

All of our drawings are building control approved before being provided to teams for delivery.

We provide a full turn key move management solution, our installation team are fully trained and familiar with all main furniture manufacturers in the UK as well as providing crates, storage boxes, labels and transport to ensure a smooth transition for staff.
