Absolutely amazing company. Very personable, helpful and no job too big as they found out when they took on deep cleaning my dad’s house. I couldn’t get over how wonderful the place looked afterwards. And the personal touch was above and beyond. They got my dad a chair after this suite had to be binned, dressed with a lovely cushion, used ornaments from around the house to make it look homely and even went out and bought a dog bed, bowls and some treats so the dog had a comfy return to the house. Sean and his team were a friendly bunch of people. Sean is prompt in response and very professional. I hired them to do a deep cleaning/moving-in cleaning based on their excellent reviews here but was disappointed with their service.
Their cleaning was not thorough or satisfactory. I was not at the property at the time of cleaning and went to the place at the end of the cleaning. At the first glance, everything seemed clean and good. After close inspection, I found that they missed cleaning some of the most important places that needed deep cleaning.
The small part of the kitchen sink was not cleaned.
There was only one built-in wardrobe in the house and it was left dusty and not wiped down.
The towel rads were all dusty to the touch.
The shower drains were clogged with hair from the previous occupants. The bathroom sink drains were not cleaned.
The cobwebs behind the doors were not cleaned.
The floor was not mopped very clean.
My husband and I spent the next few days cleaning up all these.
I am very dissatisfied with their service and would not recommend them.
P.S. - The Oven and the shutters were cleaned very well.
