What do you love most about your job?
The best part about our job is in helping people who need that additional support. To know the actions we are taking are helping someone to be independent in their own home, to continue to be surrounded by familiar things, sounds, people and space is priceless. To know that our service can be a comfort for someone, peace of mind for family members and aide till the very end provides us with the most satisfaction.
What inspired you to start your own business?
Having worked within the NHS and private sector as nurses and psychotherapists, we felt that our skills combined with over 60 years of medical experience would be advantageous to the domiciliary and home care sector. Additionally we have had personal experience of hiring live in carers for family members and experienced some exceptional service and some which needed improvement. Within our management team, we have individuals who have dedicated the last 8 years to being private live in carers and have brought a wealth of knowledge and skills which we believe gives us an advantage in understanding the needs of clients and hands on experience of providing care.
Why should our clients choose you?
Clients should choose us because we understand. We have been those families who needed additional support for a loved one. We have the experience of what it means to bring a stranger into our home and trust them with our loved ones. Additionally, we used that experience to pay forward what had been done for us by 2 of our management team becoming Private Live in carers for the last 8 years. We are nurse owned and led, so our care is person centred and tailored to the individual.

No, our service is personal, person centred and the assistance clients need requires in person services.
What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?
We have created Covid policies and protocols to ensure the safety of our clients and our staff.
