I offer a safe, confidential, non- judgmental, friendly room for us to talk about the worries and issues you are facing at the moment that are stopping you from having a happy, balanced life. You can talk about your experiences/situations while expressing your feelings in ways you can’t with family and friends. Sometimes it is easier to talk to a professional (stranger) than family and friends as they can sometimes be judgmental. I help you by guiding you through your difficulties with a range of different methods such as, problem solving, humanistic, person centred, CBT. To name a few. We find the root cause of your problem and find ways in dealing and overcoming them. I also work with Anxiety UK, helping clients overcome all the different types of anxieties. And work with Farleigh Hospice helping relatives and friends through the grieving process with bereavement.
