What makes a great website?
A great website needs to be easy to navigate. Visitors should be able to get the information they need in as few clicks as possible. There should be a clear call to action: sign up, subscribe, contact, buy are some examples of a call to action. The action you want a visitor to take should be obvious and placed strategically throughout the site. Don't clutter the site with lots of pictures and animations, too many of these can slow down your site giving a bad experience for visitors.
What questions might you ask a client when starting a new project?
I'd want to get a detailed background on your business and your target audience. This will help me produce better content. What is the main goal you hope to achieve and what are the messages you want to get out there? What makes your product or service stand out?
What do you love most about your job?
I'm only just starting out so difficult to say. If I am successful I will be self employed and my own boss and who doesn't want that... I really enjoy writing and playing with words.
What inspired you to start your own business?
Having spent all my working life having others tell me what to do, I'd had enough. I want to be my own boss. Copywriting allowed me to get my Diploma and start-up my journey to self employment whilst still being able to have a full-time.

Both. I always like to meet clients in person on the first contact but this is not essential. All my work can be undertaken remotely.
What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?
I run my business from home so this does not apply. If you want a face-to-face meeting I am happy to any Covid regulations your site has in place.
