Describe your creative process.
The process starts with a creative requirement as a verbal or written brief. A response with proposal, estimate of cost and time is given. On approval concepts in the form of visuals are supplied to discuss amend and approve. Then final artwork is prepared for comment and amendment prior to approval for supply of use or distribution. Each stage of the process is controlled by approval of client.
What information do you need from a client before you can start work?
Initial discussion or written instruction of project in the form of a brief, with any support materials supplied including pictures and copy if not requested to be generated as part of the brief. Contact information is also required along with any support information that may help in answering the brief eg: links to industry specific websites, pdf brochures or literature relevant etc.
What do you love most about your job?
Passion for design, marketing and visual communications. Diversity of clients/industries. Problem solving and finding creative solutions that work for the client and their business interest.
What inspired you to start your own business?
Being able to offer a creative service equal to larger design and advertising companies from one point of contact: the creative.
Why should our clients choose you?
With over 30 years creative industry experience with associated creative and non creative resources, means the client is very much in control of the creative process only having to deal with one point of contact. This simplifies the process, giving clients an informal, friendly creative service on time to budget.

The creative service operates a studio that is completely accessible online and is completely remote. With the added advantage of real time online studio video meetings as and when needed for discussions and portfolio presentations.
What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?
The ability to be accessible online in a remote capacity but still offer real time video meetings and presentations allows safe practice with Covid-19.
Creative Direction
Evaluate marketing and visual communications required. Establish creative proposals in response to requirements and oversee creative and non creative resources for delivery.
Graphic Design
Specialised with print and digital design for marketing, branding and publishing projects. Producing design from initial concepts through to finished artwork to varying formats.
Art Direction
Establishing concepts specific to project or campaign. Working with words and pictorial graphic content. Overseeing and working with external creative resources: Copywriters, Photographers, Illustrators, model makers.
Illustration
Ability to work with traditional and digital techniques. Specialised in visualisation and technical illustration. Illustrator and photoshop proficient.
Project Managment
Essentially one point of contact for any creative led project. Putting teams of creative and non creative entities together specific to project requirement. Managing this process from start to delivery of project.
