Oven baked monk fish with colcannon mash and a bisque sauce
How do you go about creating the perfect menu for your clients?
We get our clients to let us know what they like. We produce a menu for them and talk about it. Then they choose.
What do you love most about your job?
I believe in good food and value for money . At times it's difficult, but worth the challenge.
What inspired you to start your own business?
I like working for myself has to be number one, but quickly followed by meetings our foodies.
Why should our clients choose you?
We are colourful in our approach to the menu. We are not outrageous nor are we pretentious with who we are or where we want to go.
