Glen is a very accomplished professional personal trainer, and always produces an interesting and varied session. Glen also identified a couple of areas of weakness I had as a result of rugby injuries dating back many years,and through his attention to detail on these areas they are now much stronger, for which I am very grateful. I have been attending gym sessions with my teenage son for over six months now and I'm amazed at how much I enjoy our twice weekly sessions. Glen is not only a very thoughtful and informed trainer, but also able to make us both feel very much at ease. As I came with lower and upper back disc damage, as well as a torn knee I was nervous about going to the gym. But, what was originally intended to be some mum and son quality time has turned out to be quite transformational for me. I am definitely feeling the benefit or Glen's tailored plans as I experience far less pain in back and joints. What inspired you to start your own business?
I have been personal training for 10 years at a wide range of clubs and got to a point in my career where I was ready to be my own boss
