Personal care can not be delivered remotely or online. Healthcare involve giving care to the service users physically at their homes .
What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?
Ensure hand washing facilities or hand sanitisers are made available to staff to use while delivery care to our service users. Also the wearing of PPE while deliverying care to the service user.
