About

Sometimes, we just need someone to talk to.
I am a Integrative, Person-Centred Counsellor and Psychotherapist. I can help adults and adolescents who are experiencing clinical depression, low mood, nervousness, sadness and anxiety.
A lot of my work is at a deeper psychotherapeutic level within counselling.

Therapist

Working with Gemma has been such a lovely journey. She is fantastic at listening and making you feel so comfortable. Overcoming my anxieties surrounding health was so daunting but Gemma always made me feel seen and heard and worked through everything with me. I cannot recommend her enough.

Therapist

Gemma is so kind, understandable and flexible. I have been working with Gemma for around 6 months now and she’s been incredible for me. Gemma is really person-centred and gives you so much space to talk. I’ve never felt so understood as I do with Gemma. I had a really hard day one day so I text Gemma and she arranged a call within an hour just to check in, which was so kind of her. I would 100% recommend More...

Counselling

I’ve had the pleasure of working with Gemma for six months now and I honestly value our time together so highly! Gemma creates a safe environment where you feel listened to, valued, and supported. She helps you explore your thoughts, feelings, and experiences, so that you can make sense of them, heal from them, and grow from them. There is never any pressure or expectations within sessions as you’re given the space and time to let things flow freely. Gemma is also very good at providing further materials in order to give you the out of session encouragement and tools you need to keep making progress, and she will always go the extra mile to support you. When I started sessions with Gemma, it was the first time I had ever engaged with any sort of therapy, but I’m so glad that I took the step to reach out and start this journey. I would highly recommend to anyone who is looking for that little bit of support, guidance, or just a safe space. More...
