I offer 1-1 PT sessions at a private studio in Telford (Fit4families Hourton Court)along with nutritional advise for weight loss.
I also do group boot camps and can help with people looking to take up running.

I have been going to a 6 week body class with Gemma for the last 4 weeks and 2 weeks in I decided to book a group of 10 PT sessions! I’m so pleased with my results from the sessions and it’s fun too, if you want to tone, lose weight, sustain your weight and tone - whatever your goal get in contact with Gemma I really cannot recommend enough! What a fantastic PT trainer , full of support and advice ........ If your looking to start your journey to fitness, I can not recommend Gemma enough .

Bootcamp !!! 6 am Start ���
Must be mad I thought
However it was fabulous fun
Each week (ALL SIX ��) of them were different
I’ve run I’ve skipped I’ve flipped huge tyres I’ve rode a spin bike I’ve done sit ups and crunches l’ve lifted weights I’ve been encouraged to go that little bit further than I thought I could
Most importantly I’ve had fun whilst working out ..... so much so I signed up for another One with the really inspiring Gemma Hull ��

There is no secret and no magic pill!
Work hard in your PT sessions but the extra in at home or the gym and meal plan.

Helping clients feel more body confident and seeing the changes in them.

I had lost over 9st and wanted to help others achieve their body goals.

I had been through the whole thing myself trying to lose weight and then having dropped the weight not knowing what to do in the gym. I can help them feel better and achieve their goals.
