Wow we couldn’t ask for better!
Gary is such a nice guy and so very helpful when talking through our options. He’s managed to create just what we asked for and made it even better than we could have imagined.

Logo Design

Gary is a lovely guy, and VERY VERY good at what he does! I comissioned Gary to design a new logo for me with a colour pallette to match, the design I wanted was quite a feminine style, so I wondered if he would really be able to hear me in what I wanted without making it to masculine.
He designed some crackers and after choosing a specific logo I liked to work from the second draft of logos he nailed it!! I am absolutely in love with my new logo!! And it's going to make all the difference to my new website and brand.
Gary is very good at his Job and really listens to what your asking for, I will definitely be using him again in the future for other projects.

I can not thank Gary enough for the work that he has done on my website. He is very professional and explains in a non jargon way of what exactly needs to be done to get your website up and running at its best.
Gary went above and beyond to make sure the site was what I had envisioned.
I would of been lost without his service not knowing very much on web design myself, Gary has transformed my website adding a carousel, Facebook feed and a customer form plus hes been there to make changes, updates and modifications that I have needed.
His Customer service is great and I would highly recommend him to anyone who is thinking of having a web-page built.
I am very happy with the results and will be building another website with him in the future.

Q&As

A great website is about ease of use for your visitors. A striking home page that pulls the user in accompanied by clear messaging and navigation. A feeling that the customer is being hand-held through a journey of discovering and understanding the fundamental aspects of your business. Clear and impactful calls to action promote first contact from any future potential customer.

1. What is your website's primary purpose?
2. What would you like your site visitors to do?
3. Who is your target audience (demographic)?
4. Please give me an example of 2-3 sites that you like and 2-3 sites that you dislike and if possible, with reasons why you like / dislike them.
5. Do you require the ability to update and manage the website yourself on an ongoing basis?
6. Will you require training in order to update and manage the website yourself?
7. What is unique about your business?

After listening to the client brief and understanding clearly what you like and dislike, I research that specific sector of the marketplace to ensure that what I come up with, fits in with your company profile and enables you to stand out in your field. I would then consider how this concept and overall look and feel can be worked into other areas of your business and branding, to form a consistent look and feel for your business across all marketing material.

It really depends on the job request. If you require a logo/branding design, then I will be asking whether you have certain colours in mind (or a favourite colour) that you want me to work with in particular. I will ask what logos you like and dislike within your working industry. If I am given free reign, then I will research this myself to provide something that suits your business perfectly.

If you are requiring a website design and development, I will be asking for your logo (assuming you already have one) and any branding guidelines that you may have (fonts / colours etc). If you do not have these things, then please do not worry for I can suggest these for you and work with you until you are happy with the style.

I guarantee my design, meaning if you are not happy with the initial design, I will go away and create something at no extra cost until you are happy with it.

What I love most is the variation. I cover a whole host of design and print services handling everything through to full production. I also provide a whole range of digital services from Photoshop retouching, creating and managing Google Adword accounts for clients, creating online surveys, right through to storyboarding and developing animations for exhibition focal points.

In 2014, an opportunity for me to take on a large catalogue meant that in order to complete it, I would have to commit several weeks of solid work every day, in order to design, produce and handle imagery, print and production. I decided to hand in my notice and commit to this large starter project. The job was a success and I have not looked back since. It was a 3 month project and by the end of the project I had picked up further work as a freelancer for a couple of smaller local ad agencies.

1. Above all, my communication and attentiveness is excellent meaning that clients are not left wondering what is happening to their job at any stage during the process.
2. I am committed to each client, both new and existing and will go above and beyond with each project to ensure the very best results possible.
3. I am happy to give advice and share knowledge to help my clients save money if and where possible. I have found that this is a very valuable thing to share and although it may reduce the amount of work I am given by a returning client, it does ensure that the client keeps coming back to me for those tasks they can not complete themselves. This forms a very good basis of trust between myself and my clients.
4. "You are only as good as your last job" - this is something I was taught at a very early age in the industry when I first joined. Each project I take on is treated as my last, meaning I always strive for perfection with every single job, no matter how small.
5. I guarantee my designs. What does this mean? It means that I produce a cost for the various aspects of a project (Design / Production) and if you are not happy with first stage design, I will keep working with you until you are happy with the design at no additional cost for that design stage.

From logo design, leaflets, flyers or a larger catalogue through to larger scale exhibition graphics, all are given equal care from the off. If you need someone to sort the printing too, I have that covered.

Either way, I consider your existing brand (or the new one I created for you) and will carry that through any future work to ensure consistency of your brand.
