They were on time, they stacked everything well. Made use of all space in the Van, walked down flights of painstaking stairs without complaining and they were very friendly and affordable. Made a booking with them more than a week ago. The person I spoke to on the phone and on the text gave me a quote but was a bit expensive than the other man van company that I spoke to but then he gave me a discount that was why I booked them. He confirmed to me the time and date of the move on the day that I book via text (so I have a written proof). On the day of our move, they did not turn up at the agreed time and said that they have FORGOTTEN IT and that they were doing a job at the moment somewhere else. They went to the flat at 10am, 2hrs passed the agreed time. One of the guy kept on complaining how much things we have when we do not even have big furnitures like beds, wardrobes nor sofa. He even said that there was no more space in the van and hesitated to come back for the remaining stuff we have. When I looked inside the van they did not stacked up the boxes to create more space that was why. Before we left the old flat, there were some broken parts of my plastic box on the floor. When we arrived at the new flat because it was 4th floor, me and my partner requested more help from my brother and his friends. So I only allow the driver and his helper to just carry our things up to the 1st floor and the rest were bing carried by me, my partner, brother and 2 friends. The driver's helper dropped our tv stand when he brought it on 1st floor which we saw because we heard it, when I looked at it last night. It now have a crack in one of the drawer and the door handle was missing. Couple of our things have damages too. This is not our first move here in London. The other man van were okay. It is very disappointing that I trusted this man van service. I do not know if the other reviews they have here were really true. More...
