If I could give negative review I would! Paid £750 for end of tenancy cleaning and carpet cleaning. Carpet was not cleaned at all! Blamed us because the carpet was dirty (reason why we paid is because it was and needed cleaning!) I managed to clean the white marks with wet cloth. Cobweb not cleaned, skirting board dusty. Supposed to have "guarantee" re-do cleaning if not happy. Employee came back to tell us he is not cleaning again as he has another appointment. Tried to contact for a week, no reply! AVOID USING THIS CLEANING SERVICE PROVIDER!!! More...

Booked an end of tenancy clean almost 2 months in advance, confirmed time for clean on the morning of and then they never arrived. Didn't get any communication that they weren't coming. Had to book a very expensive same day clean instead. More...
