Gabor is a great PT. He truly takes the time to understand your goals and educate you so that you can understand the changes you need to make to reach your goal. Extremely positive and motivating and has a better idea of your limits than you do. Furthermore he does not restrict himself to only one form of exercise, i.e. weights only. He has knowledge to mix up sessions from cardio, weights, Pilates and even kick boxing. Would highly recommend to all. More...

Online Personal Training with full access to custom training app. Weekly Skype coaching session to help to correct form and make sure your workout is as effective as possible.

In-person coaching sessions are the best way to make sure you exercise with proper form and to bring out the most of you. Sessions can be booked in Tower Hamlets and at FitStudioZ private personal training studio in Greenwich.
