What makes a great website?
Our top 3 picks for what makes a great website are:
1) Responsive design. More than 50 percent of search queries globally now come from mobile devices. If you don't look good on a mobile device then you will be loosing out on over 50% of your potential clientele.
2) User-friendly. Your website can be as ‘fancy’ as you like but if it’s proving to be a maze to get through, it is no use to your potential customer.
3) A reasonable SEO effort. Your website can be as brilliant at converting visitors into sales as possible, but without visitors it is useless.

Describe your creative process.
Stage 1 - Design Brief - We go through an in depth brief with the customer. This enables us to envision exactly what our client is after and produce an end service that our client is over the moon with.
Stage 2 - Quotation - From the details gather during the design brief we provide the customer with a competitive quote that reflects the projects requirements.
Stage 3 - Work Begins - Upon payment of a small deposit, we get to work with making the design concept for the website.
Stage 4 - Present Work - We present our design(s) to our client. This can be done either face to face or over social media e.g. Skype.
Stage 5 - Customisation - if required we make any changes that you requested during the presentation.
Stage 6 - Payment - Payment can either be made in monthly instalments, interest free over 12 months, or in full.
What information do you need from a client before you can start work?
Typically there is no set criteria required to start a website as each project is bespoke. Commonly the following is required before work can begin:
1) Target audience
2) Domain name
3) Budget

I love being able to provide my clients with a platform on which helps there business to thrive. I also enjoy the satisfaction my clients get when I provide them with that WOW factor.
What inspired you to start your own business?
9-5 Monday to Friday sales job, making large numbers but it never being enough. I wanted to be my own boss.
