Not a good option to go with.At first they will tell you lots of facilities available with the property.Once you agree to go with the property, they will come back to you with various challenges to provide them and then force you to take the property on their conditions. They will somehow try to convince you to go with their option. If you do not agree they will start abusing and shouting at you. Moreover they will also force you to pay a tip stating they are doing a lot for you. It's all about mind game.I would suggest G8 Properties to stop showing client that they are doing a Social Work.
