Good venue for pool and snooker although they've reduced the number of American pool tables and replaced them with British tables. Great place, well used can and it's licensed too. Well if your over 18.... there are snooker and pool tables, more pool tables, than snooker tables, a darts board too. Hidden behind the post office.

Last time I was there, there was many of the American Pool tables, a jukebox and movie trivia game. The pool table but 3 have been replaced by the smaller UK pool tables. No jukebox or trivia game. Very friendly staff, great atmosphere, haven't tried a lot of the food on the menu but the burgers are great, especially the Man Vs Burger challenge. It's not on a main road, maybe that helps with the lack of undesirables in the place because I've never seen one (I'm talking junkies and alkies). Decent music always on and if it's not to your taste, hit up the jukebox which, if I remember correctly, has the top 40 for each week going back to the 50s. Great wee pub. More...
