What do you love most about your job?
Working with clients from all walks of life, in a broad range of industries. Over the years we've written about snorkelling in Oahu, commercial air-conditioning systems, the plight of Thailand's elephants, FinTech, CBD oil, and many more diverse topics. This role exposes us to fields we would never have explored otherwise; there's never a dull moment.
What inspired you to start your own business?
We saw a gap in the market for competitively priced copywriting services and decided to begin offering this for startups and small businesses. Fyxen has gone from strength to strength ever since, without losing that personal touch.

Absolutely! Fyxen is a 100% remote business. Whether you prefer to communicate via Teams, Zoom, Skype, Asana, Trello, Whatsapp, emails, or the good old-fashioned telephone - we'll make it happen.
What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?
For now, we're not offering in-person meetings. Once there is less risk from Covid-19, we'll be open for in-person meetings with clients if needed.
