Hi my name is Kane O'brien, I am co owner/director of Future Build (southern) LTD. I share this company with my Business partner Billy Mclachlan.

We are a Building company that specialises in Extensions, Renovations, hard landscaping and manage all trades to your projects Needs. We offer our clients the opportunity to only need one single point of contact should they require a variety of works completed. Our object is to ensure that our customers experience a hassle-free and seamless service of excellent quality.

Our Operatives

We are a reputable local business with a team of professional Bricklayers, Ground workers, Carpenters, Painters, Decorators, Plasterers, Electricians, Plumbers and steel engineers each with an average of 15+ years’ experience in their respective trades.

Our staff have been selected not only for their skills but for their behaviour and professional conduct. When we are working in your home or business and we think it is only fair that you will find our staff to be friendly, professional, clean and tidy.

Our Story

Kane our co owner started his career out in 2013 as an apprentice bricklayer for a building company and gained experience in all types of brickwork and building works such extensions, renovations, newbuilds, hard landscaping and much more. In 2017 kane after years of working for larger companies Kane decided to go out on his own and became sole trader sourcing his own work and running all of his own projects. Then recently in June Kane got in contact with an old family friend, Billy Mclachlan, that already owns an well established loft conversion company (BMC loft conversions), Kane and Billy teamed up with both experience and knowledge and created Future Build (Southern Ltd).
