I gave Joe a complex job of installing an en-suite in the top of our house. Everything would need to be bespoke to fit the unique space. On the initial site visit nothing was too much of a problem and Jo managed to find solutions to problems. I work with trades as a living as a "Project Manager" and daily listen to all the reasons why things can't be done. Their knowledge and attention to detail is rare. They really considered the brief and scope of works from the plans and identified design issues before we come close ordering/ installation which was priceless.
