After an extortionate call out fee from another company who found no fault with the system I looked for a second opinion and based on the excellent reviews and customer feedback I called FSR. After having spoken to a few Alarm Companies I opted with FSR Security. Gary & His guys were faultless at installing a fantastic alarm system. They respected the house and left everything very tidy. Being flexible with some very specific requests and after installation when I wanted a few configurations tweaked Gary fitted me in very quickly and ensured it worked absolutely perfectly for me. Having had an old system in the past and having installed 'self install' systems previously I would have absolutely no issue recommending the solution or FSR Security for Professional Grade Alarms and CCTV Cameras. We are a new business and have never had a professional security set up before, when I contacted FSR Security (Gary) he come out and offered a quotation within 24 hours of first making contact. The quotation it’s self was very reasonable and super competitive with other valuations we had been given for the job. Due to our location and the sort of security system we required FSR visited a couple of times to install our equipment, each visit they were punctual, smartly presented and very pro active at getting the job done. As mentioned, never having a professional security system before I emailed numerous times with questions and things I wanted to know or ask. FSR were always very prompt with a response and always answered the question with a well thought out answer/response and in plenty of detail. I would not hesitate to recommend Gary to friends and family. He was friendly, professional and worked with us to fit our needs and requirements. No pushy sales or fobbed us off with unnecessary kit, just honest and genuine with great advice - as we really didn’t have a clue where to start! The alarm system is great, we can control it through our phones or the keypad. The cameras are brilliant, amazing picture quality.
