If you want to invest in your website so that it generates traffic from the search engines without having to pay for every click, then Search Engine Optimisation is for you. It requires making technical changes to your website to make it more likely to appear in the search engine results for keywords that you want to rank for which means more visitors with a goal of more sales/enquiries. With our Basic SEO Package we build a strategy based on the keywords you want to rank for whilst also benchmarking against your competitors to ensure you are not losing out to those national and local competitors.

After learning about your business, your competitors and typical customer sales journeys, we work on your website to ensure results the search engines showyou’re your website come as high up in the results as possible, with compelling text to attract the right visitors to your website. With more than 82% of smart phone users now conducting “near me” searches in Google its imperative that you appear when these people are close to your business. We ensure that your Google My Business listing (the bit on the right when you do a search in Google)
is optimised to ensure you are coming as high up in the results as possible for these local potential customers.
There important technical aspects of your website that you likely never see as well as links to and from your website which all need to optimised to note drag down your search engine rankings. This is not the part of SEO that a potential customer will see but crucial if you want to get their click.

To help you on your way to creating engaging content for your customers we produce one blog per month of 300 – 400 words written by an ex UK Journalist. Having engaging content helps with keeping people on your website and also attracting them to your site as these blogs can be used on social media. Through our SEO work we will know what people are searching for thus can suggest topics that the blogs should be written on to make it stress for you.

We produce monthly reports to explain the traffic and ranking results that are being achieved but remember that SEO is not a quick fix and can take 3 – 6 months before seeing substantial results.Your dedicated account manager will be on hand to answer any questions and explain the recommendations we are making.

The typical first few months are as follows:

Month 1
Learning about your business, including your customers, locations, competitors and then turning all this into a SEO Strategy. Once you approve the strategy, we complete a full technical audit of your website include current keyword ranking results, traffic levels, competitor’s activity and competitor keyword ranking results. We further look at the starting point for quality of links to/from your site and the more minimum requirement items like security certificates and how quickly your website loads on both desktop and mobile devices.

A full review of your Google Analytics account is conducted to ensure that this is tracking correctly and goals are set up to track conversions. We then take you through the results of the audit as this provides the foundation for the work that will need completing in the months ahead.

Month 2
This is where we begin to work through the comprehensive recommendations generated from the audit in Month 1. Looking carefully at your ‘money pages’ to make sure that your desired keywords are included within the page structure and the text.

Title tags and meta descriptions are crafted and implemented so the search engines can begin to see the search terms which you want to rank for. We track these terms in our ranking tool so you can see improvements in the search engine results over time and as the strategy begins to take effect. A Google My Business review is conducted to ensure that you are making the best use of this free Google resource.

Month 3
It is important that we measure and monitor your SEO campaign every month. We are able to do this through a combination of your Google Analytics and also a number of other tools to track progress and success. This enables us to identify areas which require further areas which need additional work to reach those all important first page positions. This could be in the form of a carefully constructed blog post to support your service/product pages or addressing a site-wide issue like https errors or site speed or researching a new competitor which has entered the marketplace.

All search engines regularly make changes to the algorithm which dictate the search engine results or the Google My Business map listings. As part of any ongoing work we are consistently reviewing these and implementing to improve your search engine exposure.

If you need traffic/potential customers to visit your website now and don’t mind paying for clicks to your site then Pay Per Click (PPC) advertising is for you.
We will work with you to suggest the right platform (Google/Bing, Facebook, LinkedIn) to target your Pay Per Click campaign. Depending on what you sell and who you are targeting then specific platforms will be more suitable than others.

After learning about your business, your competitors and typical customer sales journeys, we will build a PPC campaign with associated adverts ready for you to review before we hit the GO button.

After going live, we monitor your campaign daily to ensure that we are maximising the sales/enquiries for the lowest possible cost. We produce a monthly report with commentary on what has been done in the month and what will be done the next month.

Your dedicated account manager will be on hand to answer any questions and explain the recommendations we are making.

The typical first few months are as follows:

Month 1
Learning about your business, customers, locations, competitors then turning all this into a campaign Strategy.
Once you approve the strategy, we build the campaign for you to review.
When you are happy with the Ads then we hit the go live button to start delivering enquiries/sales to your site.
Throughout the month we will monitor the campaign performance, adjusting as we progress to maximise sales/enquiries and minimise cost. We also make sure that what we are seeing in terms of sales/enquiries from our data is the same as what you are receiving from potential customers.
Produce your first monthly report showing performance, what has worked well and what we will do to improve in the coming months.

Month 2
Implement the recommendations for the previous month.
Discuss any changes in competitor behaviours we have noticed that impact the campaign and we also like to hear from you about anything being seen on the ground that your competitors are doing differently.
We test different ads showing in different locations, times of day, types of ads, devices and other more softer messaging changes to optimise the campaign.
Produce your second monthly report, again showing what is working well, what hasn’t worked and what we plan to do in the following month.
Discuss with you to see the quality of the sales/enquiries that coming through so we can further optimise the campaign to deliver higher converting enquiries or bigger spending customers.

Month 3
This is the last month of our initial 3 month contract and through this month we do the same as in month 2 but with a view as to proving whether the chosen strategy is working.
If the campaign is working well then we continue on the same iterative process of improving performance each month and discuss with you the potential of increasing (or decreasing/rebalancing) the spend with the chosen platform to maximise your number of sales/enquiries.
If the campaign is not working, we have an honest discussion about why we believe the strategy hasn’t worked and either end the service or come up with a new strategy. PPC is not a strategy that works for every industry and until starting you won’t know. We do have good experience in which industries are likely to be more difficult and will discuss that before working together.

Month 4 onwards
We will continue to regularly optimise the campaign as the competitive landscape changes and build in any extra service/product features that you introduce to ensure the message has maximum exposure.
Google/Bing/Facebook/LinkedIn are constantly changing the tools they give advertisers so we stay up to speed with these to ensure your campaign is using the latest possible technology including many of the machine learning the platforms now offer.

We are flexible with communications methods, some clients chose to purely deal on email. Others chose regular Zoom calls and where possible we also conduct physical meetings as always nice to properly meet your account manager.

Our account managers have all been with us in excess of 5 years and are all UK based permanent employees with no outsourcing or frequent changes so you will build up a great relationship with your account manager who will endeavour to become an extension of your marketing team.
