What do you love most about your job?
As a nurse and a healthcare rectuiter, it brings me great pleasure to know I have helped someone achieved a goal or meet a need that they wouldn't have been able to achieve without support.
What inspired you to start your own business?
I like the flexibity and autonomy of being able to work on my own terms. This is what drives me and the staff I recruit.

I am the best in what I do, and I work with my clients to understand their needs and set achievable care goals. This will ensure that regardless of any member of our team that you choose the care being provided for you and your loved ones will be of equal quality.
I also have a policy that puts you right at the centre of the care we provide for you by ensuring you have a choice in deciding who looks after you.

To achieve service optimisation, healthcare services are best provided face-to-face but we are happy to discuss your requirements and see if a tailored service could be provided.
What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?
All our staff have received their covid vaccination.
Personal Protective Equipment (PPEs) are provided to staff as required.
1:1 PA Support
We are able to provide staff who are trained at delivering 1:1 or PA support in accordance with your needs.
The services the staff diver ranges from support to access community activities like banking, shopping, going out to meal, to even staying out home and just getting certain things done.
Respite Care Support
We understand the carefulness that comes with selecting the people we commit the care of our loved ones to. At Fresh Start Healthcare, we don't take things like this for granted. Our staff have been adequately trained to work with you and your loved ones compassionately and empathetically; leaving no details unaccounted for. This will ensure that your mind is at rest whilst you are taking that much deserved time off.
Home Care
Whatever your care needs, we believe you can get the best within the comforts of your home. Our staff are trained to support you with all your activities if daily living.

Your Choice in your Care
We beive you have the right to decide who cares for you or your loved ones.
Fresh Start Healthcare will always give you the choice of deciding which one of our team earns your choice.
You will be provided with 3 staff profile at your point of agreement and you can decide whuch one of them becomes your 1st, 2nd snd 3rd choice. This will ensure that even if your preferred carer isn't available, you still get to work with someone whose profile suits your need.
