Fredas Care was established in 2020, aptly named after a lady who dedicated more than 28yrs of service to Derbyshire county council home care! As the owner and manager of Fredas Care my journey began back in early 2010 when I started my first job as a support worker, Supporting adults with learning disabilities, autism and complex needs.
