If you want the run of the mill suited and booted smart only in dress but missing the essential marbles of wisdom and humanity the DON'Tgo with Lee Allum from Open House South West Manchester because she is the opposite to any of the other estate agents that I interviewed for the position of selling my much loved home and finding an equally loveable abode! An excellent listener, flexible, on hand night or day ( I kid you not!) calm in what felt like a crisis! Supportive to the point of driving me to places when I feared getting lost! Open minded and extremely good fun not to mention pure value for money, why would you stay with charmless run of the mill patter and patronising small minded 'boxed in thinkers' when you culd explore all options in the vast array of possibilities and have fun doing it, truely full of knowledge of the housing market, and finger on the pulse for suggesting highly appropriate new homes and total foccussed on getting you your best deal possible even when emotionally moved by potential buyers desires, it's a great experience to feel that someone cares about the situation you are in, especially as I had been away from the country for 5 years and faced with all of the changes in Manchester, I couldn't reccomend Lee enough More...

What do you love most about your job?
Helping people achieve their goals - cheesy but true! Plus, who doesn't love snooping around other people's homes?
What inspired you to start your own business?
I like being in charge and following a project through all the processes. I wouldn't get that working in a high street agency.
Why should our clients choose you?
I am honest, I would rather lose an instruction than list a property at a ridiculously high price. I work around my clients so evenings, weekends, even bank holidays - basically when it suits you rather than making you fit into my schedule.

I offer Zoom meetings and appraisals and I create viewing videos for sales and lettings applicants.
What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?
Video viewing, of course, but all in-person meetings and viewings adhere to strict Covid 19 regulations.

I offer free in-person or remote valuations. I will market your property on Rightmove, Zoopla and many other websites. Included in the price are: photos, video, floorplans, viewings, board, sale negotiation and sale progression to completion. There is no up-front fee, you only pay when your property sells.
Tenant Find Service £300
Included in the price: property listed on Rightmove, Zoopla and many other websites, To Let Board erected, photos and video, viewings, referencing, AST supplied.
Property Management 7% of monthly rent
Deposit protection, rent collection, organising repairs and maintenance.
