What do you love most about your job?
At Four Pines Care Ltd we provide care to people 18 years and over, living in their own homes. We derive the most satisfaction in promoting people's independence and in ensuring that they continue living in the community as long as possible.
What inspired you to start your own business?
Our main inspiration, is to provide the highest quality care to people, that will improve and sustain their overall quality of life.
Why should our clients choose you?
At Four Pines Care Ltd, our philosophy is to reflect and promote values that focus upon the individual service user as being at the centre of care service planning and delivery. To help achieve this, we involve the service user and family in the planning and delivery of their care.
We make every effort in ensuring that the service delivered is flexible, attentive and non-discriminatory. We respect each client’s right to independence, privacy, dignity, fulfillment, and the right to make informed choices.
We also recognise that to most of our service users, the most important people in our organisation are care and support workers with whom they have regular contact. With this in mind, we take great care in recruiting, training and supervising our staff, to make sure they have a wide range of qualifications and skills.
We also try and match the nominated Support Worker, as closely as possible with the service user and respecting the need to change the Support Worker in the event of subsequent non-compatibility.

No we do not provide services online. We provide personal care to people in their own homes.
What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?
We work in line with current public health care guidelines in regards to Covid-19.
