What do you love most about your job?
From an extensive career with some well know 'high street' agents, we have learned that people buy into people. As an independent agency, we offer a more personal tailored approach which allows us to be more flexible and transparent with our fees.
Found Property LDN is a boutique agency; rather than focusing on volume, our compact team is dedicated, efficient, and results driven.
What inspired you to start your own business?
To provide an alternative, a disruption to the 'norm'...Focusing on results rather than volume. Personal. Reliable.
Why should our clients choose you?
Change! The typical agent shall claim how different they, what they can offer, as well as the extent of their database of applicants just waiting to purchase or rent. Dated, misleading and often disappointing.
In our opinion, we would argue that all agencies are the same...with the same spiel, same marketing tools, and advertising reach (portals) etc. It's just a case of who wish to work with, how they shall perform, and what they shall deliver. Nothing worse than over promising and underdelivering...followed by a hefty fee.
