Neil Marsh of Forthright is indeed forthright, very knowledgeable, straight and honest. We had a combi boiler that was giving excellent hot water and half the rads were hot but others stone cold. Other plumbers had advised a new boiler or new pump but that didn’t ring true. Fortunately our internet research suggested a power flush and we found Forthright was close to our Ludlow home and we talked to Neil. Problem sorted! All are working now even though he needed to be very persistent working throughout the day as the narrow pipe work leading to one of the rads was seriously blocked! Neil recently replaced our conventional hot-water tanks with two Joule unvented tanks and an accumulator. This was quite a complicated job and Neil showed that he has all the expertise and experience necessary to do it very well.
In fact the performance of the system now exceeds our original expectations.
We no longer have bulky cold water tanks or any shower pumps but the pressure and flow at the upstairs taps and showers is far better than before. Neil was able to quickly correct any small issues that arose and also to modify his design to handle the untypical gas boiler that we have.
