Steve came round on a Saturday night after we had new carpets fitted and the carpet fitter had sliced the cables to our alarm system. Resolution was super speedy and he managed to keep our full alarm system working without having to replace the cables, which would have been impossible without ripping up the new carpet! He also provided further information about our alarm system, which we knew nothing about, having been existing on us moving in. If we have any further problems with our alarm, we will be back! This is the second time I have used Steve’s services to repair my house alarm and I have to say, reliable efficient and professional.
As soon as I called, steve was at my home within the hour. Once accessing he knew exactly what the problem was and fixed it without any hesitate.

On the day, the Engineer was spot on time and dealt with the installation in an no fuss manner, and had the system up and running very smoothly.
