Amazing block of 10 Acro Yoga sessions with Max. Very friendly and easy to get on with. Max always pushes you which is really good and you definitely achieve more than you were expecting from the sessions. Clear instructions before each routine and he is very patient and always understanding. Gives you videos and photos when required to see what you’re doing right/wrong which you can practice at home. Would highly recommend signing up with Max in anyone of his very varied classes. Thanks Max 👍 More...

Personal Trainers

I started with Max around 2 months ago. In that time, I’ve lost around 10kg and completely changed the way I think about my health.

Max’s approach is far different to the gym-bro routine plastered to social media and is far less intimidating, setting real goals that are achievable for real people.

I’ve always felt very comfortable with Max, he’s a good laugh but knows how to push people in order to achieve.

Can’t wait to see what the future holds in my own progression with Max.

Tailored to the needs of the client, we will create a programme of fitness to increase your stamina, endurance, muscle growth, strength and flexibility.
we will vary the exercise and make sure that we balance and work the core as much as the upper and lower body.
the starting programme is 11 sessions of 1 Hour.

We will tailor a programme that will focus more on the core strength, balance, flexibility, handstand and calisthenics approaches to push the body to achieve a excellent and high level of focus both mentally and physically.

This is provided to couples or group that would like to experience the beautiful art of duo acrobatics and the flow of yoga.
I like to share the benefit of this discipline from very beginners to more experienced people.
Acroyoga is a perfect way to get your fitness up, working on balance, core and stamina and have fun with a friends, a partner or a group of people.

this is for people that would like to challenge themselves.
this service includes the personal training/calisthenics training but it focus on learning inversions of every kind.
the benefits are numerous including and not only, endurance, improve blood pressure and work on the core.

this starts with 11 sessions of 1 hours and can be offered to 1 person to a max of 6 people.

price varies depending on the number of people.

We will work on the posture and on the rebalance of the muscle chain in the body, we will make sure that the body works again in harmony.
we will follow a programme of exercises mostly working with thera-bands and thera-balls, plus other exercises dedicated exclusively to core using our body weights.
we will limit the cardivascular exercise like running to a small amount of the session, to dedicate more on the need of the rehabilitation of the body.
( this is not a physiotherapy session, we can work along side physiotherapist so to improve the rehabilitation faster)

The Body need to be prepared to learn skills such as Aerial Silks or Aerial Hoop and Pole.
this class is focuses on the ground preparation for the aerial disciplines creating a programmed tailored to help the client to learn faster the skills on those apparatuses.

the class is 45 minutes of duration and it is a high level of intensity, working on small muscle chain and big muscle chain of movement as well as stamina and flexibility.

can be for singles or small groups
