Booked 3 weeks in advance, nobody showed up. I texted the number I arranged this through and got a message saying I shall ring the cleaner. After asking again for an update was told 1 hour later it'll have to be rearranged. Not arriving is bad, but there was no attempt to update me until I chased. How long have you been in business?
I have been in business for 2 years along this time we have grown and built our client network and maintained a consistent and regular service which our clients are happy with and we are willing to work with whatever our clients needs and timetables are to accomplish there cleans and make sure our clients needs are catered for
Do you bring your own equipment and supplies?
Yes we provide own equipment and and we can change our products if necessary to adjust to clients wants or needs
What do you love most about your job?
I'm passionate about what I do and like to apply this in my service and be thorough, this in mind, the transformation in my work and making the clients happy and being able to make there live's easier and stress free is very rewarding for me and I feel a sense of accomplishment when I complete my work and projects.
What inspired you to start your own business?
I like to be able to make decisions and take responsibility for my own destiny, working for myself I feel I can be as passionate in other peoples properties as I am in my own also, also I like and relish new challenges and the demands and deadlines some clients set I feel I thrive and work hard and enjoy all that comes with working for myself and with my team members

I feel I'm down to earth, approachable and sensitive towards what my clients require, me and my team members have a hard work ethic and always put our clients needs first and will go the extra yards and whatever is necessary to make a job a success and to make sure our clients are happy, whatever it takes, as that's very important for me personally making our clients happy
