The 7 simple steps to the successful completion of your project.
1. Force issue you a free, no obligation quote within 5 working days of your instruction.
2. You accept the quotation subject to a site meeting.
3. The Site Meeting is attended by Force and yourself to agree a start date, a programme of works, a payment schedule and to sign contracts.
4. You pay Force a maximum deposit of £10K (minimum £5K).
5. Force start on site and commence site strip/set up.
6. Construction works progress in line with pre agreed programme of works and valuations are carried out in line with pre agreed payment schedule.
7.Works are completed, final certificates are issued, snagging is completed and your project is handed over to you.
Your risk-free option:
The most nerve-racking part of appointing a Building Contractor is the day you handover the typical 20% deposit, regardless of how trusting you are and how trustworthy the builder is we know that this is a very worrying time, wondering ‘what if they don’t show up’ or what if something happens to the builder once I have paid the deposit etc.
In line with our primary objective of “giving our clients peace of mind” we have a NO risk option available.
Essentially, we only charge a maximum £10K up front deposit which is probably the lowest on the market. Rather than you paying us a large sum of money to buy the materials for your project we simply go through the tender process obtaining the lowest price for the schedule of materials required and then we give you the opportunity of making payment for these materials direct to the supplier, this way you know that you’re only paying for your materials, and they will be delivered to your project address. Of course, you will take advantage of our discounts which makes this a win/win scenario.
The next payment we require will be once we start on site so at least you know that we have shown up, again giving you peace of mind.
