Q&As

We been in Business since January 2020 but since August 2019, we have been doing a lot training to ensure our Business operates safely.

It depends on what equipment is required, if the Client wants us to bring our own equipment, this will be discussed during the assessment visit by our Senior Management Team. We are also conscious about infection control therefore if this requested is needed then a thorough risk assessment will be completed to ensure that the Client is safe and our staff are safe.

Making a difference to people's lives is what we enjoy doing. As stated above, "Caring is out Talent".

We are aware that we are new in this Business but our vast experience in working with vulnerable children, young adults and the elderly before helps us to make that quick connection and understanding the client's needs. We enjoy listening to the Client's lived experience and plan together how we can meet their needs.

Being a carer myself has inspired me to start my own business. I am a trained I.T Engineer but I did not like working with gadgets and I re-trained to become a qualified social work. I have worked with young people with challenging behaviours, Autistic young adults, the elderly in care homes and I have worked in Mental health (psychiatric intensive unit). I have also worked with unaccompanied Asylum seekers and looked after children in different Local Authorities. I have always enjoyed working with people and I have made friendships with many families. The hands on caring experience and transferable soft skills developed along the way has inspired me as I can easily see poor quality of care. I am a people's person and I would like to build an excellent and highly motivated team around me. I believe that when my team of staff is happy, they will deliver care of high quality.
I am passionate about helping others

I am an approachable, caring and visible manager when needed. I like to see everything that is happening and I would personally visit every client to ask if they are happy with the quality of service that they are receiving and would endeavour to resolve issues together with our clients. It is my duty to ensure that the service is safe, caring, responsive, effective and well led. There is an open door policy to our organisation and this will promote openness, transparency and honesty amongst the staff, management and the families we work with. We will make sure that our staff will receive appropriate training and there is a robust induction process to new carers and re-training is offered to long term carers who would like to refresh their skills.
Safety of our Clients is my number one priority and I will achieve this by maintaining our current rigorous recruitment, selection and training process. I would like our clients to feel safe and to live a happy life in the comfort of their own home. I want our clients to have confidence in our service and this will be achieved through partnership working and including the clients in their care planning and not completing the care plan for them. We believe that our Client's care plan should reflect their needs and fully address their difficulties.
