What do you love most about your job?
I love being hands on. I get a great deal of satisfaction from working with tools to install or repair.
What inspired you to start your own business?
Having worked for national companies I realised that customer service is key. I wanted to start my own buisness because I want to be my own boss and provide customers the same service they'd excpect from national companies, but for a fraction of the cost.
