My boiler failed on a Sunday and it was great to have Kris come out that same day to take a look. He wasn't able to fix it that day because he needed a part, but it seems like he spent a fair amount of time thinking about and researching the problem over the next 48 hours. That careful thought ended up saving me about 100 pounds because in the end the replacement part needed was less expensive than the part he initially thought needed to be replaced. Fantastic service and company. My boiler broke down and I called the company straight away. Immediately Krish was able to identify the problem and gave me short term and long term solutions. I opted for a new boiler and krish had sourced one and installed it the next day!! They ensured that it was working and checked and flushed all the radiators in the house. They maintained a high standard of cleanliness whilst completing the work in the house by covering all carpets, hoovering as they worked and also removing any waste and rubbish for no extra charge. The finish was excellent and he ensured that I had a thorough understanding of how the new boiler and thermostat worked and kindly set up my preference for me. Kris was the most helpful. Had a leak on a Friday night that was going into the downstairs flat, and every plumber I spoke too were too busy/off duty.
