This is the second time my family and I have stayed here.|The hotel is clean and comfortable. Staff are friendly and accommodating. Location is ideal and the co-op downstairs is handy.|The kitchen and breakfast area is clean and comfortable. ||Parking is limited at the hotel but there is off street parking not to far away so not too much of a problem.||Will definitely stay here again. Picked the hotel as it's close to Leicester racecourse. Its modern and clean, road noise was a bit of an issue but acceptable and had a good nights sleep. I like my room which was 14 very quiet and bed was comfy i loved the comunale kitchen and eating area the only thing was when i went out in the morning there were homeless guys sleeping in the door way i aint a person that judges but that could put off people wanting to stay.

This is my favourite place to stay. The rooms are finished to an extremely high standard with modern fittings. The bathrooms are superb as each has a double walkin shower. The kitchen is a significant size with more than adequate supplies of utensils. The breakfast choice is also of an extremely high standard offering you the choice of a simple continental breakfast through to a full English breakfast from juice through to toast to finish your cooked breakfast. It is also maintained to a very high standard at all times with friendly reliable staff on hand at all times too. I now class them as extended family. Due to a problem with my flat, I had to stay at flexistay leicester for 10 days with my autistic son. Staff here are amazing and go above and beyond their jobs to be helpful. At times being a service that you would never expect. Like my phone charger broke and I asked where the nearest shop was to buy one and the member of staff said what phone is it? We have spares you can borrow. The staff talked to my son and appearing interested as he repeatedly told them what had happened to our house. He has been moody and temperamental and has been loud at times and they have been understanding. The shared kitchen is kept immaculate at all times and the bacon and eggs are on hand at all times and my son loved the hot chocolate machine. The room was cleaned daily and it was so nice to come back to a made bed (a luxury I will miss). The showers are lovely and hot and you genuinely feel refreshed afterwards. The telly is lovely and has HDMI ports so we hooked up the xbox and had access to Netflix with the super speeds WiFi that is avaliable here there isn't really any lagging.
