End of Tenancy Cleaning Prices/ Pre-Tenancy Cleaning Prices/ AFTER BUILDERS CLEAN PRICING

The prices for the end-of-tenancy service start from £179 and include a deep cleaning of the bathroom and the kitchen and a thorough clean of all the other rooms on the property. Please note that there is a minimum charge of £ 170 per booking for the after builders cleaning service.

Depending on the amount of hours and the number of cleaners needed for cleaning, prices range between £ 19and £22 per hour, for 1 cleaner.
