 At Flexcare Limited the main objectives is to , support service can live in their own homes and communities as normal as it can practically be possible . This will be achieved by assessing their needs in partnership with the service users, their carer’s and relatives whilst respecting their independence ,privacy, needs , preferences and choices. We will use our knowledge and experience to give the best advice.
We aim to achieve this by promoting the best standards of excellence which encompasses fundamental principles of good care practices which will be promoted and actioned as will be evidenced through the practice, conduct and control of quality care in the domestic environment.

This document is intended to notify all our Clients of the services which we can provide. It will be made available to all clients at the beginning of our service delivery to them or during the planning phase of the service provision where possible.
