Lee contacted me immediately I placed my Bark and phoned me to talk about the job I needed doing. I had already been impressed with his reviews and experience listed online, but when I spoke to him and found out he was a firefighter, I instinctively knew I could trust him and that is massively important to me. Lee was super quick to respond and his continued communication was excellent. He was clean and tidy, took shoes off etc and his work was fantastic. He was flexible and went above and beyond as he had to return as part of the wardrobe he was erecting was faulty so he happily came back to make it all good at no extra charge.
