Had Max quote for a job. Wouldn’t give a fix price. Quoted £240 a day for 2 people.
Said a job would take 3 days ended up 5 (and still not complete)
Sent invoice and charged £300 for 2 people and then £200 for 1. Was very slow. Didn’t finish the job and then ignored further messages trying to get the job finished. Left with no toilet or basin and no plumbing connected for shower and radiators

Hired Max to change a cylinder, first fix on bathroom and ensuite, fit a few new radiators.
Didn’t like to give a fix quote which is why not 5* but did what I asked needs to be more clear on what your getting and how long it really is going to take.
Just need the bathroom to be installed now and we’re done but max is a nice enough guy to work with

As a company we love the privilege to be able assist people with things they can’t normally do themselves we receive a sence of gratification from satisfied customers. As a team we love going the extra mile to ensure that our customers are able to live out a comfortable lifestyle without the worries of a cold or flooded home.
What inspired you to start your own business?
I have always been an entrepreneur, so teaching people who work for me effective new skills to use in both the workplace and there lives haspredominanly been the reason I started my own business. All of our clients deserve quality service on a daily basis,after working for a couple of businesses and seeing how clients were being mistreated I built up the courage to start up my own business to ensure that there needs were being met professionally.
