I just want to recommend flame lily as the best carpet cleaning service I have used and will now always use. From first enquiries Dion contacted us within an hour. He was very professional and accommodating as we could only do the carpets on a Saturday due to my work. Within a week he was at our house and arrived promptly. Our carpets see a lot of traffic including five children and animals. I also work from home and so have additional traffic on my carpets. Dion did an amazing job and our carpets look and smell wonderful. Dion was very personable patiently working around our family and giving our carpets 100 percent attention. It was very clear he takes immense pride in his work and wants his clients to be happy with the outcome. I cannot emphasis enough how well our carpets look. Not only do I recommend the service because of the standard or care and cleanliness but also the cost. I actually recommended to Dion that he charge us more because I felt he under charged us for the degree of time, care and attention. Dion Thomas responded immediately to a request to clean our property which had been completely trashed by tenants who left behind dirt, filth and accumulated junk. The kitchen suffered the worst of the tenant’s damage and had not been cleaned for a considerable period of time, work benches were stained with oil and grease and the walls and ceiling were covered in cobwebs and splatter marks. Dion transformed the kitchen, which I thought was beyond repair into one that was sparkling. He went out of his way to assist me to fill two skips of the tenant’s rubbish. While I gagged at the unbearable stench which the tenants left behind, Dion soldiered on, no cleaning problem was beyond him and through his tenacity he returned the property back to its previous form. Dion was always incredibly clear in communication, punctual and was a pleasure to work with. He also completed many tasks that were beyond a cleaning company including but not restricted to joiner and painting to the highest standard. He even made curtains and hung them. I was so impressed that someone took such care in salvaging our property and treated it as if it was his own home. Dion did such an amazing job cleaning my flat. It had been sadly neglected but Dion did not miss a surface and I can’t believe how clean it is - it is beautiful now and I honestly didn’t recognise the place.
I was given Dions name as a recommendation and he was very prompt to reply with a call and a quote.
I was slightly concerned about paying upfront, but actually this is the norm now for cleaning companies. The website reviews provided some reassurance that this would be fine.

Years of working for various companies that take short-cuts inspired me to branch out and operate in a customer friendly and transparent manner and answerable directly to the client.
Why should our clients choose you?
I am not the "cheapest" but certainly incredibly reasonable. I do however offer a high degree of quality service delivery catering for each individual requirement.
What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?
I conduct a risk assessment while I'm on the phone with my clients during initial contact. I also include a sanitising fogging treatment with every End of Tenancy job undertaken which is effective against COVID-19.
