As first-time buyers, Five Financial did an excellent job of finding suitable mortgage products and explaining and advising on the various options. The things that stood out to make this a five star review were: the advisor going out of his way to make himself available and keeping us in the loop. He really worked aroundour availability whether that was evevnings or weekends. This helped our purchase go through as we were under a tight time constraint. Five Financial also found the most suitable product based on our priorities and cicumstances. (This was confirmed when we checked whether other financial advisors could find a better product or not.)
