I have just spent a week on Amy's yoga retreat in Ibiza and it is impossible to put into words quite how amazing she is as a teacher. She has just the right balance of spiritual and physical in her teaching and explains the asanas as she goes along and the significance behind them. She is so patient and gentle with people who are struggling and just being in her presence is so calming and relaxing.
