I'm 60 years of age. Started running aged 55. Progress has been slow and infrequent injuries. The cause problaly. I assumed to get better at running I had to run more. = More injuries. What’s the secret to getting the body of your dreams?
There is no secret, you first have to become comfortable and love yourself for the way you are then set some goals of how you want to start the journey to become a better version of yourself.
What do you love most about your job?
I get to see people make changes in their live and achieve goals they never thought they would.
What inspired you to start your own business?
I used to play sport and a serious injury stopped my career. This resulted in drastic gain in weight. I eventually took back control of my life, weight and mental health. I started my business to help others do the same.

Yes, via Zoom for the actual session. I also have an app I use to programme the exercises you can complete in your own time
What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?
I have changed my service to operate sessions via remote/online session aswell as social distanced 1-2-1 sessions
